I made the list and then asked, “Is that what I look like?” I challenge you to so the same.

Become More Christ-like

We are told as Christians that we should strive to become more Christ-like.  This means that we should seek to possess and display in our lives the characteristics or attitudes of Christ.  Some of His attributes we cannot possess such as omnipotence [all powerful], omniscience [all knowing], omnipresence [everywhere at all times], and immutability [never changing].  But there are numerous attributes we should be seeking to acquire.  Recently in the Bible study guide I’m going through, I was asked to look up several passages of scripture and make a complete list of all the scriptures found there in order to get an overview of what Christlikeness looks like.  I made the list and then asked, “Is that what I look like?”  I challenge you to so the same.  Here is the list:  Galatians 5:22-23; Matthew 5:1-12; I Cor. 13:4-8; II Peter 1:3-7; and James 3:17-18.
